Located slopeside, surrounded by trees. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, and okay rooms. Heated indoor pool for swimming. Perfect for skiing with ski storage, rental center, and equipment service. Spa for relaxing

The pool was very clean, the stuff was polite and welcoming. It was based in very comfortable building in a great and stunning location, in the mountains.

Noisy due to the proximity to the road, which disturbed my sleep. Some facilities, like the sauna and heating in the room, were not working properly.

Clean and cosy units with direct view on the ski track, large balconies, a large bathroom, and the staff were extremely helpful! The bus stop was 500 metres away.

Perfect and clean hotel, the staff who served us were amiable, and it had top location very close to slopes. Our room was warm and comfy with a balcony and a lounge. Location: the venue was close enough to Borovec, Rila mountain

The location of the hotel was quite convenient as it was close to the ski slopes and provided a nice view of the surrounding landscape. The beds were also comfortable, making it easier to rest after a long day on the slopes.

The hotel had so many facilities, I felt like I was in a luxury playground! Skiing, swimming, massages, and even a little conference room for all my important meetings. Such sophistication.

Oh, and let's not forget the amazing view of the ski slope during my conference. Absolutely necessary for my productivity.

Had a great Easter experience! Key location! Easy access to rental and ski-out feature was so convenient! Enjoyed the buffet style breakfast that had a variety of options. The staff was always nice and helpful, offering advice on what activities to do. loved
